FULL SERVICE HOME Furnishing
SERVING LA COUNTY: LOS ANGELES, PASADENA, POMONA, ANAHEIM, SANTA ANA, ORANGE, IRVINE, CA

Moving into a new home is exciting, but furnishing every room from the beginning can quickly become overwhelming. There are measurements to consider, furniture to select, orders to track, deliveries to coordinate, and countless details that need to work together.
For this Chino Hills project, the client contacted us before moving into her new condo. She needed nearly everything for the home and wanted someone to manage the entire process so it would be completely furnished and ready for her arrival.

OUR FULL-SERVICE HOME FURNISHING PROCESS
Starting With the Space and the Client
We began by visiting the property, measuring every area, taking photographs, and studying how the rooms connected. The condo was approximately 700 square feet, so every selection needed to be carefully considered. There was no room for furniture that was too large, unnecessary, or poorly placed.
We also asked the client to share inspiration photos so we could better understand her taste, lifestyle, and vision for the home. From there, we created individual mood boards for each area. This allowed her to see how the furniture, colors, materials, artwork, and accessories would work together before anything was ordered.
After presenting the design, we made the requested adjustments and received her approval. We then managed the ordering and procurement process, including communicating with vendors, following up on orders, and coordinating delivery.
Managing the Details Before Installation
The furnishings were delivered to our warehouse before installation. Our crew unboxed and inspected each item, then carefully wrapped and repackaged everything for protection. This step allowed us to identify any issues before installation day rather than discovering a damaged or incorrect piece inside the client’s home.
Making 700 Square Feet Work
Designing a smaller condo requires careful space planning. The client needed a specific-size desk for her workspace and was also particular about having a queen-size bed. We made both priorities work without making the condo feel crowded.
In the living area, we created comfortable seating facing the television while maintaining an open path through the room. We also included a dining table, counter stools, properly scaled trees, area rugs, artwork, lighting, and accessories. Every piece had a purpose, but the finished home still felt open and easy to move through.
The condo also had a large balcony, which gave us an opportunity to extend the living space outdoors. Within the client’s budget, we were able to fully furnish the balcony and turn it into a functional area for relaxing and entertaining. In a 700-square-foot home, creating a usable outdoor room added tremendous value to the way the client could enjoy the property.
How does the design process work?
The work starts with a mood board that sets the look, the feel, and the direction before anything is purchased. Once you approve it, we make the furniture and decor selections from that board, down to the rugs, lighting, and accessories. We then bring you two to three design options, so the final choice always stays yours. From there we purchase through our wholesale vendor relationships, or we shop the stores alongside you for the pieces you want to choose in person. When an order runs through our vendors, we coordinate the buying, the delivery, and the logistics so the room lands on schedule.
What does the finished room look like?
Once the last piece arrives, the room reads as one finished whole, with the furniture and the styling working together. You gain a designer's plan while avoiding the time and frustration that often come with piecing a room together on your own. The service works just as well when we build around what you own or start from an empty room. Because the scope flexes with the room count, it stays as small or as full as your home calls for.
From Delivery to the Final Styling
On installation day, our team brought everything to the condo and completed the setup from beginning to end. We placed the furniture and area rugs, assembled and arranged the rooms, hung the artwork, added accessories and greenery, and styled every space. The client was able to walk into a fully furnished home rather than facing weeks or months of deliveries, boxes, and unfinished rooms.
Throughout the project, we stayed in close communication with her. She always knew what stage we were in, what had been ordered, and what would happen next. She was extremely pleased with both the finished design and how smoothly the entire process was handled.
